Wild About You

I had no idea what kind of card I was going to make my significant other until I saw this week's challenge from The Friday Mashup and got totally inspired. I got a little "wild' with my colors and folding techniques and such. I've been wanting to try a new kind of fold in my cardmaking and this was the perfect opportunity. I used one of my favorite paper pads, Trader Jane for the extra pop of wild and worldly style. Lawn Fawn's alphabet stamps and dies (Milo's ABCs and Finley's ABCs) were what I used to create my sentiment.  I also used the cute hippo from the Wish Big stamp set from the Essentials by Ellen line from Ellen Hutson and colored that cute little hippo with Pumice Stone Distress Ink.

It's the perfect shade of hippo if you ask me.
